Relevant Experience:Dr. George Pink is: Associate Professor, Department of Health Policy and Administration, School of Public Health, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; Senior Research Fellow at the Cecil G. Sheps Center for Health Services Research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; Adjunct Professor in the Department of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto; Adjunct Senior Scientist at the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences in Toronto; and Investigator in the Nursing Effectiveness Research Unit at the University of Toronto. Prior to receiving a PhD in corporate finance, he spent ten years in health services management, planning, and consulting. He teaches courses in healthcare finance and is involved in several research projects including hospital performance measurement, health executive compensation, and nursing costs. He serves on several committees of healthcare organizations in the US and Canada.
